An Evelina London Forever Amongst the Stars Tribute Fund is an online space where you can keep and share memories of your loved one. It’s a place to bring together photos, stories, messages and thoughts, all in one place that you can return to whenever you want.

You can choose to keep it private or share it with family and friends so they can add their own memories too.

How your tribute fund works:

Use the form above to create your fund by giving us a few details
You’ll receive an email from our trusted partner, MuchLoved, with a link to activate
Add photos and videos of your loved one and invite friends and family to add their memories
People can donate directly to your tribute fund, share a link or use the below search field to find an existing fund

Alex and Selena’s tribute to their bravest boy, Otis

When their little boy, Otis, died at six months old due to an extremely rare condition, Alex and Selena Matti decided to honour the memory of their “bravest boy” by supporting Evelina London Children’s Charity to say thank you for the care he received.
