terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

By registering, you indicate that you accept these terms of use as laid out by Evelina London Children’s Charity, and that you agree to abide by them.

As a supporter panel member, you acknowledge that your role will be including – but not limited to:

  • Providing feedback, insights, and opinions to help guide the charity’s work (this could be in the form of surveys, focus groups, group discussions, 1-2-1 discussions and reviewing marketing materials and concepts).
  • I acknowledge and understand that some of these sessions will be recorded for research purposes and my personal details will be handled in accordance to the charity’s privacy policy.

Commitment to the supporter panel

  • The supporter panel is a new research function for the charity, and there are no specific dates in prior agreement. However, by joining the supporter panel, you acknowledge that timings are subject to change, but will always be communicated to you in advance.
  • Involvement with the supporter panel will be communicated to you on a regular basis – providing you time to accept or decline involvement. We would always provide prior notice to any planned discussion and review sessions, with a minimum of five working days.
  • There is no legal obligation to the charity as part of the supporter panel.
  • You consent to being over the age of 18.
  • Although there is no remuneration package associated with the supporter panel, you acknowledge that your input is strategic and advisory, rather than operational (physical, operational or hands on).
