There’s nowhere quite like Evelina London Children’s Hospital, and there’s no challenge quite like the London Marathon.
This iconic event will start in Greenwich and finish on The Mall near Buckingham Palace, covering a distance of 26.2 miles. It is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors and the world’s largest one-day fundraising event.
With every mile and every donation, you’ll be making a big difference – helping to fund things like specialist transport incubators to move tiny babies, play equipment to ease anxious young minds, and comfortable pull-down beds for tired parents.

You’ll receive all the same team perks, support, and fundraising materials — with no minimum fundraising target.
How we’ll support you
We’ll be with you every step of the way. As part of our amazing team, you’ll receive:
- A dedicated events team to answer any questions and support you every step of the way
